You Do :
Run Talent acquisition and retention activities.
Activities towards building a brand from talent acquisition perspective.
HR Operations : Induction, Joining, Payroll and Exit processes.
Coordinate legal, finance other administration processes.
Translate Organization’s Cultural Values in to organization.
You Have :
2-4 years of experience, Graduate/HR or MBA.
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Experience in Technical Recruitment and HR Operations.
Understanding of recruitment cycle specially for Technical Talent.
