Job Role:

We are looking for a smart Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. This technician will provide support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required.


  • Work with engineering and customer support team to tackle customer facing priorities in product implementation or support.
  • Responsible for Product Deployment and Implementation.
  • Manage Internal and SaaS cloud infrastructure (i.e. AWS, Azure, Scaleway)
  • Track product releases and on-premise customer deployment.
  • Identify and Implement development automation (i.e Jenkins, Deployment Scripts etc.).
  • Contribute to develop and test product upgrades at end of product release cycle.
  • Observe development and operations process to identify frequent issues and collaborate with writer to write KBs


  • Experienced working with Customer facing Operational environment.
  • Experienced with Linux and Windows Administrations.
  • Understanding of networking technologies, including network security.
  • Solid understanding of Web and Application Servers, Apache, Postgres. Scripting etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving application and/or system-related issues by basic log analysis.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
