You Do :
Lead and empower engineering team to align with organization’s objective.
Understand Business requirement and Product specification and translate in to technical specifications
Design Core backend components of Product and drive engineers towards implementation.
Jump in to the implementation for complex product development as needed.
Review Product Quality and manage agile engineering processes for better productivity.
You Have :
Experience of System Design and Architecture by learning business or product specifications.
Strong in fundamentals of computer science concepts. (Data Structure, Algorithms)
Strong ability to work with engineers and lead the team to make product release goals.
Hands on experience in coding backend (Java, REST, Database).
Experience of developing scalable and high performance enterprise platform.
Total 5+ years of professional experience in IT Industry.
